Step 2 of 3: Facial image capture - look into the camera
Enter the eGate and take off your headgear, as well as sunglasses and, if necessary, face mask. Walk towards the camera built into the exit door until the silhouettes in the display roughly match. The camera will automatically move up and down to ensure the best setting. At this point, your facial image is taken and then compared with the data from your electronic passport.
